 - Refactor Docker for better syntax and readability
 - Update Intel runtime drivers to 24.05.28454.6
 - Added possible miss line 159 docker/Dockerfile : "--ffmpeg", "/usr/lib/jellyfin-ffmpeg/ffmpeg"
 - Removed wget in cleanup
